FFBOS invite you to attend the tale of Sweeney Todd: 'The Demon Barber of Fleet Street' Stephen Sondheim’s seminal musical thriller and homage to the classic character of Victorian penny dreadful fiction.

After being banished by crooked Judge Turpin, Benjamin Barker returns to London in pursuit of vengeance under the new guise of Sweeney Todd. Encountering the eccentric Mrs Lovett whose meat pies are renowned as being the worst in London, the two strike a partnership with Sweeney’s newly opened barbershop taking residence above Mrs Lovett’s pie shop. From being the worst pies in London, Mrs Lovett’s pies are soon the talk of the town with business booming. However, a dark secret clouds the story behind their newfound success as one by one Sweeney Todd is working his way through his victims with a view to finally meeting Judge Turpin. Will Sweeney get the revenge he so craves? Will he and Mrs Lovett’s gruesome business and its dark secrets be uncovered?

FFBOS are extremely proud to present the much loved Singin' in the Rain at the Dugdale Centre. Adapted from the classic MGM movie musical starring Gene Kelly, Donald O'Connor and Debbie Reynolds, Singin' in the Rain is the feel good show that has been loved by many generations of musical lovers.

Set in the late 1920's, talking pictures are now taking over from silent movies, and silent movie star Don Lockwood must make the big leap into this new chapter of cinema. Aided by his good friend and co-star Cosmo Brown, he and Cosmo find the transition to talkies a difficult move and encounter a number of obstacles along the way, including their female co-star Lina Lamont, whose shrill tones are not well suited to this new era of sound in pictures.

Waiting in the wings is Kathy Seldon, a star in the making who offers Don and Cosmo her help to transform their motion picture "The Duelling Cavalier" into a smash hit musical success. Falling for Don's charms along the way, will Kathy and Don's romance interfere with their working relationsip, and will Lina discover their plans and ruin their future together?

Featuring classic musical tunes "Good Morning", "Make 'Em Laugh", and of course the title track - "Singin' in the Rain" is the classic musical loved by all, that will be brought to life by North London's premier theatre company.
